Information

Since January 1, 2011, Indiana state law prohibits the disposal of electronics in trash bound for the landfill. Protect yourself and the environment by recycling your electronics with us.

Fees apply for TV’s and monitors and may vary due to current market value. Please call 317-738-2546 for details on pricing and for additional disposal options for these items. Cash or check only. Checks may be made payable to JCSWMD. Please come prepared to remove your electronics from your vehicle yourself or bring assistance with you. For liability reasons, JCRD staff may be unable to assist you with larger items.

When you arrive, ring doorbell in the back of the building, and we’ll come out to meet you. It may take us a minute or two, so we thank you for your patience.  It is important that you do not leave electronics outside the office. Drop off is monitored by video. The hours of collection and fees are subject to change as governed by the District’s Board of Directors.
